Bipolar weather and colds!

Bipolar weather, i.e., mother nature’s temperature fluctuations, place a special set of demands on the human body.  But also, the stress of the winter season contributes heavily as well.  Think about it.  We’ve got the holidays followed by increased demands as a byproduct the holidays.  To name a few increased demands: pay for the Christmas gifts that you put on the credit cards, cranking up production again at work that slacked during the holidays, and trying to get your body back into a routine, all demand extra energy and demand on the brain and body.
