Justin was 10 1/2 when he started taking Biometics. We originally started him on the products b/c his medication suppressed his appetite so much that we knew he wasn’t getting the proper nutrition he needed. He started on the Biofuel, GGN+, Aloe+, and Cal/Mag 100.
Within a week I noticed small changes – he was waking up calmer in the mornings, he seemed to be a little more focused, etc. And it just kept getting better the longer he was on the products. He weighed 70/73 lbs. when he started on Biometics and we started him with 1/2 of the suggested serving size. We gradually increased it to the full serving size. Eventually we added a second (full 2 scoops) of GGN+ in the afternoons.
When Justin started Middle School we increased his GGN+ to 4 scoops in the morning and sometimes he’d take 2 more scoops after school (still taking Biofuel, Aloe, and Cal/Mag at the regular suggested adult serving size).
By the time he hit High School he was able to focus and concentrate with just the regular adult serving sizes. Justin is now in college and still taking Biometics. (Occasionally he’ll take BioAlert and Cell Care if we have it available for him to take back to school with him.)
Dr. Rutolo (the formulator) said you should take as much of the products as you can afford to take. The products are water soluble and therefore we didn’t worry about toxic build up like we would have had we had Justin on a “pill” vitamin. We didn’t worry so much about serving sizes – we just played around with the products to see what worked best for Justin. Whenever we would increase a serving size we would keep him on that regimen for 2 weeks – realizing there might not be an immediate difference. (Our daughter is 13 years old and has been taking Biometics since she was 4. We started her 1/2 serving size as well and sometime within that year we increased her to the full serving size.) Hope this helps. Teresa
